PowerFAI Building provides an intelligent solution for building and property management, covering resident announcements, maintenance requests and work-order dispatch, project progress tracking, cloud-based storage of documents and drawings, and operational analytics. The platform is designed to enhance management efficiency and improve the resident experience.
After signing in, residents may navigate to “Maintenance / Service Request,” complete the issue description, and optionally upload photos or videos. A request ID will be generated immediately. The request’s processing status, estimated on-site time, and full history can then be viewed under “My Requests.”
The platform employs account authentication, role-based access control, and encrypted transmission. Access to sensitive information is restricted to authorized personnel only. Scheduled backups and audit logging are in place to ensure data integrity and traceability, in line with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
PowerFAI Building supports desktop web browsers as well as mobile browsers on iOS and Android. All data is stored and synchronized in the cloud. By signing in with the same account on a new device, users can continue seamlessly; announcements, maintenance records, and documents remain intact.
